A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

Warning this game is an early prototype

There maybe be game breaking bugs 

Agricio is a procedurally generated city builder(or rather empire builder),

where you can set up your own colony, get over the initial days of trouble and eventually form your own empire!

Game rules:

  • As long as the human population is greater than zero your colony is alive(duh)
  • You can make houses with wood
  • Wheat is the only source of food for humans so use it wisely
  • Wheat fields produce wheat
  • Place tables to increase your wood production
  • Each wheat fields cost 3 wheat(because you need seeds to grow wheat)
  • If wheat falls to zero, there's a very big chance that your colony is going to die out and you can't do anything except just watch them die
  • IF your colony dies, press R to restart
  • There is a cheat console(the black button on right) type help in that to show all commands if you want to use it
  • Hover over different buttons and text to see the tips
  • Have Fun :)

It's a fine game but...

 it is too easy to get food

Can't do anything with the water (Mabey add docks for a different type of food?)

No sound (i know, early is no music needed yet)

No Night (Make a day and night cycle for days)

2 humans and not one (it doesn't make any cents how you get more people)

What is with the table?! (show what dose the items do if you can)

other than that...  6/10 game

- We will be working on a balancing update for food very soon
- Docks and ships are scheduled to be added within the next few weeks(our artist is n vacation)

- Our musician is working on a music will be updated by next monday or tuesday

- Table has been updated to be a place for increasing the wood production

- Each games now start with 2 humans

Looks good! I figure that you're still working on it but here are a few tips:

  1. Try to balance out the cost/benefit for the housing, you pay too much for the same benefit for the Big Shack vs. Bungalow.
  2. More explanation on the controls would be fine.
  3. Humans should start at two, not one.
  4. Don't know what the purpose of the table.
  5. The command list is more relevant to devs than to players, but I'm guessing you are using it yourselves to debug stuff so it's understandable.
